By submitting your application for membership, you agree that you are familiar with APSG Articles of Association published on this website, and in particular, agree to comply with the Purpose and Ethics sections. All applications are subject to review by the Membership Committee and approval by the APSG Executive Committee.

Membership Categories:

Active Membership - (1) Active Membership in APSG shall be available to individuals regularly engaged in geodesy, surveying, cartography and spatial data management in petroleum exploration, development, and production oriented work or whose primary function is to assist, support, or enhance such work. (2) Eligibility for Active Membership shall not be affected by a change in location, classification of employment, departmental or managerial assignment. (3) Nothing in the subsection is intended to deny Active Membership to those having supervision responsibilities over others engaged in such work. (4) Each Active Membership shall be entitled to one vote on each matter submitted to a vote of the members.

Associate Membership - (1) Any person not qualified for active membership may apply for election as an Associate. (2) Associate members will have no voting rights.
